Oil Storage and Blending Terminal - Sulaimani
Situated in Arbat with a 150,000 m2 site area, this
project was undertaken with the Sulaimani Governate to provide Oil Storage and
Blending Terminal Facilities with specifics as follows:
To provide new tanks capacities of 170,000
m3 complete with associated blending, sampling and analyses systems. Tank
provisions - 90,000 m3 of storage and the blending of crude oil,
60,000 m3 of storage and blending of white fuel, predominantly
diesel oil, and 20,000 m3 of storage for heavy fuel oil.
This coupled with provision of ancillary
services namely firefighting facilities, weighbridges, boilers, water
treatment plant, sewage treatment plant, workshops, laboratories, warehouse
and offices.
As with all our projects, the operations
were carried out in accordance with all relevant safety codes with minimal
impact on the environment.
