At Zarya, we have had considerable success and an exemplary record in the services we have and continue to provide to Clients in the Cement Production sector in the KRG and the wider Iraq market. Our expertise and experience has seen us not only implement and complete several EPC Projects (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) but also provide aftercare service through our Facility Management Services.

We have implemented multiple projects differing in nature in the cement sector areas as follows:

Bazian Cement Plant:
- Completion of internal road network system to service the plant.
- Modification work to raw material scrapper.
- Various equipment installation and commissioning works.

Tasluja Cement Plant:
- Collaboration with French company ‘AAF International’ to construct two electrostatic precipitators for clinker coolers.
- Implementation of a receiving and feeding system for material additives to produce sulphate resistant cement.
- Modifications of the preheater cyclones by the addition of dip tubes

Karbala Cement Plant:
- Engineering, supplying and installation of plant.
- Overhauling of plants clinker cooling system.
- Repairing and maintaining multiple fans and crushers in addition to replacing nose rings and kiln seals.

Gasin Cement Plant: 
- Completion of internal road network system to the plant.
- Providing on going upgrading and maintenance services.
